Yes, anyone can collect your order on your behalf, if the following is provided:
- Invoice
- Civil ID
- Signature confirming the delivery receipt at the store
You can pay online, and we will deliver your order to the selected store for collection. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with the order number. Please wait for an email and SMS from us telling you when it’s ready to collect.
Please note that we will keep your order in store for 7 working days after notifying you that it's ready for collection.
All uncollected orders will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
